No-show install tech

I was given a pending date for an install, the tech didn't show up. I waited one more day hoping I would still be next in line, but no. I called Acanac, the tech was supposed to show up on the 2nd night, they implied I wasn't home or I gave the wrong phone number.

I am now not only at the back of the line, they're not even putting me in line until Friday. I have to call back then to find out the next date for me to wait and wait.

I'm just aggravated.

The carriers are a bit behind with installs etc. best bet is to call sales and ask if you have a confirmed date yet. Until it's confirmed no one will show up.

I had a pending date for Sept 22. When I called on the 24th, Acanac told me that Sept 23 was the confirmed date, Sept 22 was a pending date. I was home both nights. Nobody showed up.

I wasted 2 nights. Now I'm waiting until Friday to find out when to waste another.

So it was a no show from the carrier. Can you post your ticket #?
