| [VA] Hampton Roads speed increase? I just got this in an email today
It says up to 100Mbps but the Ultimate package already is 100Mbps so what does this mean actually?
I have the Premier package which is 30 down and 6 up right now.
Just wondering if anyone has any info on exactly what kind of speed increase each package will see? |

| I assume you got a similar email. How long have you been waiting since you got it?
I have noticed my download speeds are closer to 40Mbps lately. The upload speeds are closer to advertised speeds however. |

Just talked to Kyle in a Cox support web chat and he said the following...
For the high speed internet essential from 3 mbps it goes to 5 mbps . High speed internet preferred from 15 mbps it goes to 25 mbps . High speed internet Premier from 30 mbps it goes to 50 mbps . 100 mbps goes to 150 mbps.
Cox will send you a new email that will let you know when is the exact day that it will start |
