Consistent MS spikes (packet loss?)since move 50BB

Okay heres my problem. I get random but consistent spikes when I cast spells, for example, lets say im playing an MMORPG and is its pinging to the server every second: 50ms, 50ms, 50ms, 50ms, 800ms, 50ms, 50ms, 700ms, 500ms, 50ms (high ms only for a second) Of course this is just an example, but I think you get the idea that Im getting ms spikes every 5-10sec. It's very rare to see it not spike for more than 10 seconds. I think this is packet loss.

My ISP is shaw, I just moved in roughly a month ago and I have been having issues since. I have had 2 techs come in, the first one replaced my modem with a brand new one and replaced the coax cables in my place (live in basement condominium). The second tech said he replaced the cables going to the cable box outside with fresh ones. Still have problems.

What I think it is, is the cable that is inside the wall, it had to be right? They are sending another person this week to check the cable quality, I will follow up at the end of the week with my ISP if they actually did.. But really we have eliminated every option, replaced the modem, replaced every coax cable that is easily reachable. I have tried to do research on my own, but not alot of people have the same problem as me (there packet loss is longer, while mine is short but more frequent).

Also, when I am on skype, my buddies say that I sometimes just blank out words, like they were edited out (blah blah blah ___ blah blah). It does the samething on my laptop as well, so it is not a computer issue, as my internet was fine at my previous place. It seems like its just online games and VoIP services.

Here is a SS of a pathping and a traceroute to the gamer server IP I play on:

(sorry can't save to text, gives me an error for some reason "unable to resolve target system name").

when you type tracert 63.240.161.189 add > output.txt

or anything anything else .txt to the end, and it will output it as text to a file.

Or Right-Click in the Command Prompt and Mark, highlight the text you want and press Enter on your keyboard

tracert 63.240.161.187 > trace.txt

is better, because then it will be single lines, instead of some hops being on two lines.

Also check out here, Shaw is collecting examples »community.shaw.ca/thread/7797

Upon further investigation, and after reading all 13 pages of the post you linked. I might just switch to Telus. It just seems that shaw techs are procrastinating, saying they are looking for a fix, but after 13 pages not one universal fix is presented. It has to be shaws side. Everyone in the thread that switched to telus seemed to not experience any spikes after.

Though I might be jumping to conclusion, I have already wasted 1 month dealing with shaw and my issues. I don't want to spend another 2 months.
