| [Connectivity] Ping Spiking randomly. So, I posted about this recently, and still haven't been able to come up with a solution. Looking for advice.
Basically I have RCN's 75/10mb connection, and I -DO- speedtest at those speeds, but randomly my ping will for instance, i'll have a 10ping to my vent server hosted in NY, that will jump up to over 100 at times, and then come back down. When I stream my gameplay to twitch using OBS I limit the upload to only 5mb, half of what I have, and I'll watch my ping in game go from 80ms, to over 200ms, it seems to be more exaggerated when i'm using my upload and download, but i'm not even NEAR my limit when it spikes, I can download a game off steam at 7mb/s and my vent ping will spike up near 100ms, just trying to figure out what I could do here, The gray box outside the house was OPEN, and it's all mangled like someone tried to rip it open, but the wires inside are intact. The technician just shrugged it off when he came to install my internet and just closed the box and said it wasn't an issue. Any thoughts on any of this?
