Your upstream levels are very borderline and anything like change in temperature can push it over the threshold and cause reboot.Reduce any loss like splitters or excessively long coax runs if you can. |

 | I would temporarily bypass any splitters before the modem using couplers, just to see the outcome, while waiting on Optimum. But you aren't me. |

Cablevision just left my house, I called because of an issue with a DVR. They replace some splitters they said went bad. They checked the signal before the splitters and said the signal was very good. I think you need to make sure where the issue is: inside or outside. -- Ken |
