Any idea when the 60 mbps tier will be upped to the 90 mbps tier?

That seems like an odd question. Wouldn't the answer be "When you pay for it" (assuming it is available in your area).

I'm on the 60Mbps right now..if 90 comes I should be grandfathered in and given a key to the city.
