1- How do I logon to my modem?
It's a Thompson DCM475
I tried 192.168.100.1 but it does not work.

2- Does Videotron have a network status page like Bell does.
I can't seem to find it.
In as much as i am not a big fan of Bell, they do have a very good network status page.

1. Vidéotron blocks it. The only way I know you can do it is to unplug the cable from the cable modem and it check it out. But I think there's another condition I don't remember.

2. Network status? Every router does... it's not ISP related.
