L4E still down going on 6 days.

US light is blinking this morning compared to being solid for the past 2 days.

Anyone else in the area have their internet come back online?

My connection was still down the last time I checked it this morning.

Ive been out since Thursday morning. (K4P). Im reading on here other users in K4P did regain service over the weekend but no such luck for me. I tried to call in multiple times over the weekend to tech support, last night on hold for over an hour and no one picked up. I am hoping my service is restored since others in K4P have recovered but I cant get a hold of anyone in tech support to assist.

I did get a moment of recovery this morning around 7:30am, but by the time I left home around 8:15am, i was down again.

You're in the same situation I've been in since last Wednesday.

Told TSI support back then there was a routing issue as traceroute would get me 3 hops into to POI before dying. Support rep even told me that it was a rogers router.

Nothing for 4 days afterwards - no updates when rogers told them there wasn't an RF issue with my account.

Contacted them again on Saturday night for update, same thing, provided traceroute again. Issue still appears to be with the 3rd hop.

Anyone else in K4P still down?

My cable internet connection in Kitchener was down from yesterday morning until 3:06 pm today due to a DHCP issue. It mysteriously reconnected without any intervention from me. Hopefully everyone else who was experiencing problems in Kitchener is back online. Good luck to everyone else in other cities.
