Im not on the west edge of k4p, in right smack in the middle.

My area is K4M. Currently at work. My recollection is that yesterday morning I had:

Power, DS, US > green
Link > blue

Online > flashing green

Modem lights look good, no IP. Modem homepage says its stuck on step 3 of 5 (DCM476)

I must not be remembering right, but I feel like saying step 3 of 5 isn't consistent with all lights being good... Maybe I need to go back to bed :P

(I definitely judge from the lights, and not the steps, so....)

I'll have another look when I'm home - but the start up pattern and final light pattern definitely looked 'familiar'.

parents on rogers with no issues would be on the top left section (north west corner) near manotick station rd and mitch owens road.

apparently out connection at home with Tek rCable is down right now. We live just north of York Mills on Yonge (goes without sayin -- York Mills POI)

Question is, why are my immediate neighbours (all Rogers customers) up and running?

More importantly, why isn't anyone answering the phone at TSI?

currently no wait time for cable support. longest queue is 13 minute wait time.

Manotick K4M - can SSH into my home network now.

(completely different IP address than before)

Looks like it came up at 4pm Eastern, as that's when my Nest thermostat started talking to the world.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that elusive RF signal migrates east tonight!

In Thornhill L4J DHCP issue since this morning.
Still no internet. I would like to know an estimated time when the issue will be solved.
Support didn't give me an answer to this question.

got home...did a release/renew of our rCable IP and all is well.

Recent update

Added: Developing Cable issues.

Removed:
DSL issue for: Mississauga

Still down at M4B-area since early this morning. Stuck with a flashing US light on my DCM475. All the other lights are fine.

Guessing it's both RF and DHCP issues for me...

Still no change... what is the issue? Equipment failure?

I am back online in the M6K area however I am not sure for how long it will last as last time I was disconnected on the very next day. I got this 135* ip address again.

Also thanks to Teddy Boom the firmware of my DCM475 got updated! Thanks!

Back online in Manotick - K4M.

Hopefully it will continue to move east and K4P will be back up soon as well...

L4E cable customer here. Internet has been down since Tuesday night. First two days couldn't get stable connection, now can't get DHCP.

Any one else in the area having issues? already called teksavvy and have a ticket open.

I'm in L4E as well also with DHCP issues. This is really unbearable

k4p still down, 9:55pm.

L6E Markham down since about 4am 09/27.
Modem lights solid for power/ds/us, flashing for Online.
Modem log says DHCP failed, Discover sent, no offer received.
