| Intermittent downloads My AT&T 1.5 DSL has become very intermittent. I cannot download a news video or a weather map or anything on Youtube. Intermittent as in, it will start and then pause, wait a few seconds, it continues for a bit, then stops again, than starts up again, all usually at just a few kbps. It usually than just quits. It's everything, not just the videos but they are the worse. This has been going on for at lest 6 months. I called AT&T and and they said I have a good connection. And I do have a connection, just nothing can seem to get down the wire without stopping and starting multiple times. I have a dry loop so it's not a phone problem. I have changed modems, two different Netopia 3347's and a TP-Link 8961n. It is not a day/night thing, although night seems a little faster. I was told I'll never get an upgrade to 3.0, which is a whole different story, so I am trying to make this work. Am I missing something? |
