Good luck and I mean it. By the time they even look into this you will be out of business. Your company went from reputation from being one of the best, if not the best to a complete slammer.

Just last month I did not have the internet 11 full days! And other 6 shorter breakdowns that I've noticed (most likely many more). And August was not much better. And July. I have no internet on weekends.

And one cannot reach teksavvy and even though I RECORDED EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOUR 'SORRY WE ARE DOWN', SORRY IT IS OCT 1 WE ARE DOWN, SORRY IT IS OCT 2, WE ARE DOWN, SORRY IT IS OCT 3 WE ARE DOWN ,SORRY IT IS OCT 4 WE ARE DOWN....

Nobody responds to the phone conversations now that you have a 'new system' and previously you would all 10-16 hrs later, and of course if I am not holding my breath and sitting next to my comp I am out of luck.

In the meantime you are HELPING YOURSELF WITH A FULL AMOUNT.

I feel for you as you are a small fish but just as you squish me and you do not feel that I deserve a refund for your sh!t service you will be squished by Rogers. It is a law of karma. I also hope you get it personally as I feel this was your policy and I find that you are a thief stealing from the people who build your company.

In any case Marc, I will get my money back as I will sue you in a small claims court.

Whoa a little hostile, calm down dude. If you post in the direct forum or maybe email them, they WILL refund you as Marc and the support guys have been saying for a while.

Yes they still have issues handling call volume. It is only one part of the problem, the other being that Rogers is the supplier and they still are having issues handling the order volumes during a massive upgrade process. That means many people in different areas being down for days or weeks at a time.

Yes it should not happen but what can you do?

As far as Tek's reputation, well the other issue with the call volumes is their explosive growth right now. So it doesn't seem to be hurting.
