| sync-no-surf fix Hello,
Is there a fix, or even temporary fix (other than rebooting the modem) to the sync-no-surf issue?
It's getting to be a real pain now and I didn't experience this when I was with Bell (25/10 plan with Fibe TV).

| If you put in the IP address does a website load? If so, your MTU settings probably need to be chaned. |

I am unable to surf websites via just the IP address. Everything just stops working - I can ping the IP but cannot access it via the browser, it just attempts to connect endlessly. |

| Yep had them switch my profile this morning - let's see if it happens again.
P.S. I tried it on different computers, connected directly to the modem as well - the issue had persisted. Only a reboot of the modem resolved it (until it happened again) |
