Had it with Comcast

After several chances for Comcast to fix random modem reboots and other minor problems, I asked a few neighbors who they use. Many have switched from Comcast to WOW for internet and TV. I got a quote from WOW today for 5 HD boxes, HD service and 50 Mbs internet service and I can save $60/month with WOW. Neighbors say service is rock solid. Hoping my experience is better with WOW.

I switched to ultra awhile back,just got my parents switched over today from comcast,Best bang for buck,comcast pricing too high & poor customer service! Had to wait at comcast office just to Cancel service.....what a joke! You get more for money with WOW and great personal customer service,real people answer when you call,not a bunch of automated phone system prompts & menu options.My parents are too old to deal with that,when they have issues they need to call a number and have a real person pick up and assist them.They are not technical or computer savy.
