set zyxel router for ip camera

I have a centurylink zyxel wireless router and I just got a dlink dcs-5222l ip camera. Do I need to forward ports even though it's dhcp and not a static ip address. I guess this is the part I'm clueless on. My camera ip address says 192.168.0.139 and the lan settings say http port is 80 and https port 443 with UPnP enabled and automatic IP address enabled.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Are you trying to set it up for viewing away from home? If so, check the manual for instructions on remote viewing setup. You may need to forward some ports to the cameras IP address to enable remote viewing. If not, you don't need to do anything else to make it work. I would recommend doing an IP reservation in the LAN settings area of the router so that the camera always gets the same IP address.
