| [Network] Little rock, AR has two bad hops h113.163.102.166.static.ip.windstream.net (166.102.163.113)
h34.240.186.173.static.ip.windstream.net (173.186.240.34)
both of these are showing High latency in trace routes and pings. and are causing just about anywhere i go to online to also have higher and erratic latency. They are located in Little Rock, AR as far as i can tell. everyone might want to check some trace routes and see if you go through them i normally ping 18-20ms to them but over the last 2-3 weeks the latency jumps to 100-120 when i go through these two.
