[Network] Nationwide activation problem

I finally got my DSL connection fixed. However after reprovisioning my line, I had to reactivate my DSL modem. Today Windstream is experiencing a nationwide problem that is preventing any DSL activations. Talk about bad timing.

I've noticed something amiss with Windstream dial-up here in Half Way, Mo. the last two days or so.. pages won't load, don't try ordering anything from an online store since the connection is so bad itll the way through the ordering process.. my NIS Internet Security can't connect with servers that supply updates.. many many network" warnings the last two days with tons of lookup errors too.. really a mess and it started when a farmer chopped the underground commun cable last week digging a fence post..sheesh I'm tired of it.. need to get Satellite..

Whatever happened, it's over. I'm glad to have my DSL working again. It's true that you can't truly appreciate something until you've had to go without it after getting used to it.

Patricia, I do want to say that you and Aaron go out of your way trying to help us and we do appreciate that a lot but, when it is issues with the lines and equipment it is out of your hands and we have to wait for someone else do their job. That is why we have complaints. I know the field techs in my area are trying to work with what they have but again it is out of their hands when the lines are bad. Please do not take what we say as slighting you as it is not.
