[TV] Please wait for On-Demand Channels

I recently updated to 60 mgbs and when I try to use the On-Demand feature for television shows, I often get a "Please wait" notification in a box on the top right corner in black. It never loads and the only way to get rid of it seems to be by rebooting.

Your upgrade to 60mbps has nothing to do with the please wait on your digital box. This is a service issue and will require a tech.... You can engage me in our direct forums and I will dispatch one or you can call customer service and they can get you set up. My preference is you allow me to handle this for you so I can give the tech some additional instructions.
