| [IL] Still out in Illinois Just checking on the status of internet in Illinois (I'm in Streator). It went out around 11 this morning, and there was a message when I called about an outage in Ottawa and surrounding areas. It said they expected to have it back up around 3:30. I left the house around 5 and it was still out. I saw a Mediacom truck talking to the neighbors, but I had to go so I couldn't talk to the driver.
Any updates? My parents have internet in Ottawa. I'll try rebooting the modem when I get back, but I wanted to check.
(Edit - I've got a Motorola SB5101U modem connected to a Netgear... something or other router.) |

| Mine is also out, I'm at work and just tried remoting in to my computer and it is still out. |

There was a known issue in the area. However this has been resolved. Are you still unable to connect? |
