When nobody is using any of the connected computers or wireless devices in my house the link led light blinks rapidly on the front panel of the ultra tv Arris media gateway,it never really did this till the upgrade awhile back.Also no longer to access the media web center web control?

All I get when i click on the web center media control is {"error_id": "PFAIL_NOTFOUND","error_code": 9}
