[FiOS] Serious latency issues in Bothell, WA

Hello. I have the 35/35 FIOS here and recently I started seeing serious latency problems when playing Guild Wars 2 (maybe not specific to that, but it's what I've been playing recently). I've run an MRT for an extended period of time to the server IP I've been connected to and it doesn't look great: »pastebin.com/zSveb2mb

Specifically the latency as soon as I leave my house jumps up to 90 ms and it goes downhills from there.

Doing a speedtest.net run against Fort Worth, TX is not fun:

Another nearby server gets better results, but the ping times to both local servers is usually something like 5 ms:

The Bothel FiOS office is congested.

Sound suboptimal. That said, there seems to be a separate issue related specifically to Guild Wars 2 where level3 seems to be the culprit. I saw issues with GW2 even when the connectioned seemed fine in general.

You are slightly misinterpreting the trace output. ICMP time exceeded traffic out of edge2 in Dallas is being rate-limited by the RE. 37.6% of the reply packets were not really "lost", they were never generated in the first place.

I second this statement. Recently at night (like right now) I can't play Guild Wars 2 at all (actually I also couldn't play Secret World so it's not GW2 specific) due to the lag/delayed actions.
