| Is talktous still active? I noticed that I don't see the CenturyLink rep these days, and I've heard from some that they aren't getting responses from talktous now? Is that still going on or are people actually getting responses from that address about CenturyLink issues? |

When I had issues, I would sent them a tweet (via Twitter) & always got a response back within a 1/2 hour. (As long as it was within business hours) |
