You can download an .iso image of Windows 7 w/SP1 included directly from digital river (a Msft partner).
These are 100% Legal, as they are ONLY media images, and do NOT include a license key. (You must use your own legit COA key.)
Note: you CANNOT "Upgrade" your version of windows using these images, you can ONLY use the same version as your license allows.

Grand Rapids, MI | Awesome link Harry - I am really looking to have a disc with all ms updates including sp1. If I download the win7 home premium x86 would it have sp1 or should I just download the separate image? Thank you much. |
