I recall when Solomon Kane came out, it was released in the US. It took years for them to get a distributor in the US. Now it's out on Blue ray and on Netflix.
Same issue could apply to After, having issues finding a distributor. Though they could take a page from the makers of the movie Ink. They released the movie on Bit torrent, free of charge. Then you could go to their web site and buy the movie, they had several "levels". The basic was a DVD, the top level was a signed Blue ray, and I think a copy of the script.
