1 edit | Because I had previously posted several messages about my experience with HughesNet (very bad!), and I had expressed the hope that ViaSat's Exede would be better. Technically, Exede 12 is, in fact, much better than HughesNet's Gen4, but their business practices are basically the same.

Pretty much the standard industry contract for cellphones/satellite is two years...so, what else is new?
After two years, its "month to month."
I deal with a reseller of Exede...my local REA...no complaints here. |
