Did Bell change TV bundle discount?

A friend with 3 services got their Sep statement today. Everything's exactly the same as before but the bottom line is $1 more.

I found the discrepency -- TV Bundle Savings = $8 instead of $9.

I assume this was announced but I couldn't find notification of this in their past statements (just advance notice of increases in internet overage to $4/GB, phone bill by $3/mo, and internet by $3/mo).

When was this announced?

The only increase im aware of is coming in November? Have they had the service awhile or changed any packages? It's possible that could change the bundle discount

Thanks, nothing changed from last month at all. The actual bill itself is identical, except the $8 bundle discount. Guess I'll have to talk to Bell.

Bell TV bundle discount changed from $9 to $8 on July (hidden price increase).

Price increases for all 3 products are happening also on Nov. 1st.

Thanks, can they truly change a rate without announcing it at all!?

And their Aug 26 statement still showed $9 TV Bundle discount.

Another Bell customer got their September statement today, the TV bundle discount was $8 and again no changes to their account.
