Second 10 GIG install

Hey guys,

just want to advise we're adding a second 10 Gig circuit between November 1st and December 1st 2013. The capacity should be around (4.2 to 4.5) on both links for a total of (8.4 to 9.0) Gbits depending when the circuit will be ready.

We're going to add a second card onto the MX480 to support additional 10 Gig fiber channel as the current one is full for BGP traffic. The new card will also receive the 10 Gig from the Cable network in Ontario that is scheduled to go live soon.
