[DISH] Question on my receiver.

I have my receiver set to record new programs.. why is it recording everything.. and i mean even channels i don't have programed into it.. last night this thing must have been working all night.. what's going on? model ViP612 any ideas what's going on?

Alittle more detail of what "everything" means would help.

Oh that's not my post there.. i'm just following what they suggested to that guy.. so i deleted all my saved recording settings and rebooted now starting fresh..I recorded a few shows last night.. haven't seen any yet but they look good

I'll let you know.. I might ask Dish for an upgraded receiver.. 622 is not bad just slow when trying to set up recorded shows..or i guess i could say a little buggy

Still not working.. i looked into the Schedule and it wants to record every show i have set to just "New"

Well seems to be working fine now.. after clearing out the timers and starting new..Thanks
