Internet down since last night. Trouble shooted, no luck. Noticed some issues in other regions. Is Kitchener down as well? Eta on resolution?

I've been down in uptown Waterloo since at least 6am this morning

I was down yesterday morning. Came back around 11:00 AM same day. No problems since. In the N2C area.

Breslau.... Down all day.

I'm in West Kitchener and I haven't had any problems at all so far this week.

Downtown kitchener here... Out since this morning. And of course its the day before the BF4 beta launch and I've taken time off work to play...

i thought I was the only one crying because of my Internet being down on beta launch day

mine was okay as far as i know and I definitely used it during several of the time periods mentioned.

Yup. Uptown Waterloo (N2J) out since yesterday morning. Got tech support and it's an RF issue - time to fix: ????

Didn't know about the Ottawa problems until this hit yesterday...reeeeeeally hoping we're not looking at a two-week Window where Rogers says "we're working initial, we promise!"

RF=Radio Frequency. Essentially whatever mysterious work has been done at the distribution hub is stopping a signal from reaching/translating our modems (I think? College was a long time ago...)

Of course my neighbour with Rogers is just fine and dandy...

So day two in Kitchener. I've had a ticket opened atleast. There is also a global ticket as well.
Really, really hoping it's fixed by time I get home from work....but not thinking it will be.

Been out this long as well. My notification got sent to me at 4:04:37 AM.

I'm in Breslau... been out since yesterday monring at about the same time as you all..
I have opened a ticket, but have no clue when we'll be back up. They scheduled a technician to come on thursday, friday or saturday.

Also down since 3 am Monday morning in the N2H area of Kitchener. I believe I just got a ticket open, as part of that I was being asked for a tech service availability of at least 2 business days in the future, I hope that isn't when I can expect to have it fixed.

Still down in N2J. Opened a personal ticket and got added to the global one for KW. 40 minute wait time for tech support. She said they were being slammed today, and hopes Rogers gets their act together to solve this globally before having to do all these personal call outs

Day two, still down.... This is getting crazy. Hopefully soon. Though I'm hoping for some credits, you know lack of service and having to use 3G tethered to my laptop to work... It's been awesome. Can't exactly do conference calls from Starbucks

Still out, since Monday morning. Reset and reconnected everything, directly connected, nothing. Modem LEDs are green and blinking but can't even open diagnostic page.
Called support twice and gave up after 45 minutes in hold.

sit tight don't waste time on troubleshooting local issues when your area is most definitely effected by DHCP and RF issues.

I'm in Baden, just outside of KW, been down since yesterday. Gah, I just signed up with Teksavvy :s
