I am with start in Kitchener, never had any issues about loosing my connection, only thing noticed is that 2 upstream channels are gone, only one active atm.

Any1 having this issue?

Internets now been down since Monday, I'm in Baden, N3 postal code. Only been with Teksavvy since August and this was my biggest fear with joining them. It doesn't look like this issue is close to being resolved. Will probably have to consider crawling back to Rogers

Sdot, I'm also in Baden (N3A) and have been down since Monday as well. I can get modem SYNC and IP, but can't browse anywhere. Traceroutes show that it fails around the fourth hop, every-time. Can't even reach Teksavvy DNS servers.

I got ticket in, but there's no ETA to when it will be fixed. Been very frustrating as well.

hey techytrev, good to know I'm not the only one in Baden with this issue. I have a feeling you and I will be out for sometime as Baden is probably off the radar for Teksavvy. I'm calling Rogers to see if they are offering a 300gig plan in the same price range as I never had any downtimes when I was with Rogers (only transferred to teksavvy in August).

I've also been down now for five days and it looks like I'm experiencing the same DHCP issue as everyone else. I've been having a hard time getting in contact with support for the past day, which is very frustrating. I spent over an hour on hold last night and was unable to get ahold of anyone and the teksavvy direct thread I started hasn't seen a reply from teksavvy since I replied last night at 7:30PM. I'm on hold again now waiting to talk to someone so I'll see how that goes.

Could someone at Teksavvy *please* change the rate at which the outage information is reported on hold? Every 5 seconds I get to hear the same message about outages and it's very annoying

Is there any ETA on when the Kitchener issues will be resolved or a general update that can be shared? I did look this morning at switching to Rogers, since I do work at home, but laughed when I saw how pathetic their offerings are.

same here, contacted Rogers, their offerings at this point are absurd. What other internet companies exist in K/W (and Baden) area with similar offers as Teksavvy?

At least in the OLD days your entertainment was delivered through different mediums! Radio, cable, paper. Now, all my fun-times come through the modem. Booo-urns.

I'm currently having all the lights on my modem acting normally but there isn't any actual online connection. Would this be the dhcp I keep hearing about?

I've haven't had any down time either or slow down for that matter. Nothing unusual in the log and have 8/4 bonding. Kitchener - Wilson Ave.

We've been down in kitchener for a week. Tek called Rogers to repair the line and is told the next available date is another week away. Can't help but feel we're caught in the middle of a fight. I just want my connection back!

Anyone else in the n3 postal code? Been down 6 or 7 days now, with absolutely no updates from teksavvy. They make me do a bunch of things and then don't have an answer as to the problem or when I might be back up.

Still out since Monday. Tethering for periodic access.

I've been on hold for about 42 minutes now, and the message inbetween the awful pop music says the outage is only for London.

The message upon the initial call mentioned Kitchener, so I wonder if this is part of my issue... I simply figured because the 'London-only' message was about a minute afterward, that the Kitchener issue was fixed..

Teksavvy, please update the messages and it would be useful to hear queue duration too. If I'm going to be on hold in queue for 6 hours I would like to hang up and do something else with my time.
