| [Billing] Verizon Upgrade is Downgrade. I'm currently on a Verizon FIOS 150/35 triple play package and Verizon keeps offering me an upgrade for only ten dollars more than what I am paying to a Verizon Quantum 75/35 package. Can anyone here tell me why I should take them up on their offer? |

At least they asked you. Verizon downgraded me from 35/35 to 25/25 without asking me and without reducing my bill.
They are absolutely refusing to fix it, too. |
