[Need Info] Net10 SIM card

These are probably "dumb" questions, but since I don't know the answer ...

I use Net10 pay as you go, Nokia1600. Would a new SIM card get me a new phone number? Some nut has mistakenly given out my phone number to their church group so tons of calls/messages and they don't grasp "wrong number", lol.

My experience with Net10 phone support over the last 6 years hasn't been good at all. Last phone number change of two years ago took a good 4+ calls .

Appreciate any advice.

I think there is somewhere on their website to request a new number. At least that's what I remember from helping a friend get a new number about a year ago.
