| Yup. Uptown Waterloo (N2J) out since yesterday morning. Got tech support and it's an RF issue - time to fix: ????
Didn't know about the Ottawa problems until this hit yesterday...reeeeeeally hoping we're not looking at a two-week Window where Rogers says "we're working initial, we promise!" |

RF=Radio Frequency. Essentially whatever mysterious work has been done at the distribution hub is stopping a signal from reaching/translating our modems (I think? College was a long time ago...)
Of course my neighbour with Rogers is just fine and dandy... |

| So day two in Kitchener. I've had a ticket opened atleast. There is also a global ticket as well.
Really, really hoping it's fixed by time I get home from work....but not thinking it will be. |
