 | [help] Is "double play" possible w/ OOL + iO Economy? I'm getting mixed messages when calling them. Customer Service says it is possible, Sales people say it isnt and that I would need the Value package at minimum for TV for the double play. What's the truth? TIA. |

It's probably not possible to do a double play using an old, retired iO package offering, but the current promotions do offer Optimum TV Value and OOL double play. In NYC, that will run you $69.95 plus fees. |

 | Re: [help] Is "double play" possible w/ OOL + iO Econo But the Economy is not an old retired Package! It is available (according to Sales people) without double play.. and the package is also listed on their site for $40: »www.optimum.com/ratecard.jsp?sea···id=80005
I currently have the OOL + Value package.. but it looks like all the channels I am interested in are in the Economy package so I have no use for the value package. |

 | You can always order the services individually.
Obviously, it will cost more that way.
I hear you though.. It would be nice if they offered Economy + OOL, but I'm certain it will cannibalize the other tiers. |

I have Economy+OOL+OV and get the discount. Economy is a valid TV package and is less than Value. |

What is this "Economy" and "Value" package you speak of? :-P Guess I have to go read up on the new names of the different packages. Why must they change things? |
