Ganthet join:2009-08-05 Kansas City, MO	Ganthet Member 2013-Oct-3 1:41 pm Thanks Jayhawk. I just checked today and the 45 tier now shows available. However, when I click to change plan I get an error. I have a feeling many others in our area are ordering the new service. Glad to know its out there.
