VMedia launches over 40 new channels, and VOD.

Hi I just wanted this forum to be among the first to know VMedia has launched seven new theme packs, as well as our first subscriber VOD service, TMN/HBO. We are very happy to have finally gotten these launched and expect to have our UChoose Store launched as well before the end of this month.

Vmedia or an affiliate that has chosen to peer. Ya current ISP can choose to peer as well, so let them know that peering to Vmedia is an interest. Hopefully we will see them spread out their wings to more IISP's with time.

Signed up for the Internet and TV service last week. All in all good but seems to have lagging / sound issues on CBC Newsworld at night!

Also, unable to access the VOD that is being discussed - not sure if I am missing a step here?

Hi lahoward thanks very much for joining us. With respect to the VOD are you a subscriber to Family, Disney, TMN/HBO or MEncore? Because to access the VOD you have to be a subscriber. Or when you say access, does that mean you can't reach VOD on the Main Menu(Video/Movies).

As for sound have you done the refresh and then reboot if refresh doesn't do the trick? Usually works. If not please PM me and we will try to talk your through it. Thanks again.

Got it - I need to be signed up for the Theme Pack TMN / HBO to be eligible.

Re the CBC Newsworld, running the updated firmware and restarting the box seemed to do the trick!
