If you consider the number of people that live in both countries the US 14.5% is a drop in the bucket compared to Australia and the UK. |

Europe for example has NetFlicks access very soon after airing. I know because someone showed me how they use a proxy to access as though they are in Europe. So that 14.5% is now up to 23.7%. Nearly 1 in 4 with timely legal access just from those two alone. Probably a stretch to assume that all of the remainder do not.
The argument still does not hold water.
