East Meadow, NY | Optimum WiFi - Reporting Issues Is there any way to report problems with Optimum WiFi hotspots in particular locations? I'm finding that most of the places where my iPhone 5 associates with an outdoor Optimum WiFi AP either don't work or are so slow as to be unusable. Is it possible that my phone is associating with a hotspot that is too far away even though the phone shows good signal? Thanks. |

| You should contact tech support with your info. They can see the last few locations a device connects to, so they can help identify a potential issue.
If you don't trust the "bar" signals ( I don't), you can always download a wifi app like inssider and check the actual levels. |
