Have you tried re punching in the address? Sounds like a glitch in the AT&T ordering system.

Yup. No U-Voice VoIP on business class accounts, at least at this time.

I think there are business class bundles available with POTS and/or Mobility available, but contact Business Class sales for more info on that

The RG can only support two VOIP lines, suspect reference to three lines is POTS small business accounts limit...but not sure.

Business VoIP for up to 2 lines is in the works. For now, Business customers would either have to use POTS or order the Voice DNA for Small Business VoIP product for their voice needs.
