DC21 media files?

does anyone have the DC21 media audio files of this yrs DEFCON?
I cannot open this link below with IE 8.
Tried resetting, clearing out all temp files and still the same issue.
Beginning to believe that DEFCON does not support IE as i also tried it on my other notebook.

Can anyone try opening with IE 8?

Opens fine with Firefox.

They dont have an SSL cert,you cant use HTTPS
