Say it ain't so? Let me know if you can order 30/5  I'd be almost tempted to switch back to Insig-Time Warner from AT&T (It's cheaper) AT&T won't offer 45/6 to my place because it's an apartment ( I must wait for the single pair solution coming sometime in 2014). |

At least you can get U-Verse, that still hasn't materialized.
Funny thing is, the system recognized me and everything, knew what I already had package wise vs the old, type in your address despite being logged into My Services. Was told sometime in January they should have it figured out. |

Yeah - I am settling on UVerse 24/3 for now -- at least it doesn't resync every 3 days like Insight did.
When I last checked with TW -- They told me Dec/Jan as a time frame for being able to get "better" services from former Insight (now Time Warner).
Funny thing is -- I know multiple people who have LEFT after the Insight purchase.. Friends recently switched to WOW after their Insight bill jumped in price and TWC would not offer/budge with any discounts.
Another person has constant issues with connection and TWC keeps telling him it's because Insight's old system sucks in columbus. |

Yeah I can't get WOW at my MDU..It wasn't bad when I had them elsewhere in 2004.. but I understand they have growing pains at times. At least my 24/3 with AT&T is slightly faster than Insight's Turbo.
Of course - I shutter to think what happens if TWC actually decides to merge with Charter (rumors).. Charter has only "two" speed options in their areas. |

I would be ok with COX buying TWC -- At least COX like Comcast is generous with speed tiers. [Sadly Cox isn't on a buying spree]. |
