[DIRECTV] What the hell happened to DirecTV, BILLING ISSUES

Man what the heck happened to DirecTV, their customer service used to be awesome. I signed up as a new customer 3 months ago. Got their new package and for the last 3 months I have been charged FULL PRICE. I have spent the last 3 months and at least 4 hours on the phone trying to get them to fix it.

I honestly feel completely helpless at this point. They have no idea how to fix it, yet I am being charged over 100 dollars a month over what I should be for the first 3 months and for the rest of the contract I will be at least 60 dollars over billed.

Anyone have any advice to talk to someone that actually knows how to deal with this stuff? I am at the point where I might just give up and say screw it, who wants to spend hours and hours on the phone trying to explain to someone what needs to be done.
