Upgraded from 20Mb to 105Mb with no speed change

I upgraded from my old grandfathered 20Mb to the new 105Mb about 6hrs ago, I have rebooted the modem several times and speedtest exactly the same as before. Should it take a day to kick in or did someone maybe forget to activate something on Mediacom's end?

I have a solid 28.3Mb / 2.2Mb speed test, it's been the same 24/7 for the past cpl years. I am scared to call back again as the "tech" I spoke to did not seem to understand what the word provisioning was and wanted to send someone out. I have pretty old firmware on the modem from Jan 2011, I think thats when I had the Ultra 50 as a trial and avg'd 60Mb speed.

I'm bonding on 4 chans, great signals, line was replaced not long ago outside.

I really don't wanna have to take a day off work for someone to come out for what seems a problem on Mediacom's end. Any Mediacom techs that can help me please?
