Are you being charged sales tax?
I'm currently with a different provider but am exploring options. I assume since I'm not paying taxes with the other provider the same would be true with comcast, but do want to confirm.

| I'm in Chicago and had Comcast internet only. There was no sales tax. I recently added TV service and still have no sales tax but do have a couple of additional city fees on the TV service only. |

| Thanks. From some other research i've done, it would appear, that at least for the time being internet isn't taxable [yet]. By taxable I mean any additional fees aside from the base internet service fee and modem rental (if applicable).
Was able to force rcn's arm in giving me new cust pricing at least for another year. We'll see what happens next year.
