Upstream channel band increase.

The downstream channels on my DPC 3008 were recently increased from 4 to 8, however my upstream channel is still at 1 active. Are the streams upgraded at the same time or should I expect an increase at a later date?

I'm on the 30/10 plan in Cogecoland but my connection is maxing out at 32/4.

Additional channels are typically enabled as the cable company completes the required upgrades in the area...

So yeah, not much you can do but wait, as everyone in your area is in the same boat whether retail Cogeco customer or a TPIA customer.
