Seems to make sense the single channel on upstream is the limiting factory on 10Mbps upload in some areas.

3.5~3.8Mbps x 3 will you 10~11Mbps upload. So they've upgraded the bandwidth per channel for your area but still haven't activate multiple channel bonding on the upstream.

Same in Pet with a DPC3000.

Downstream Channels Power Level Signal to Noise Ratio
Channel 0: -2.9 dBmV 36.0 dB
Channel 1: -2.5 dBmV 36.2 dB
Channel 2: -2.4 dBmV 36.2 dB
Channel 3: -2.5 dBmV 36.0 dB

Upstream Channels Power Level
Channel 0: 41.8 dBmV
Channel 1: 0.0 dBmV

No one in the Pem/Pet area has higher then 1 channel. I get 3.8ish too on upload.

Many areas still seem to be 1 channel only, I suspect as they resolve local issues they'll continue to add upstream channels to get the higher speeds.

Been enjoying my Start connection!
Just a quick question - I'm in Pembroke ON and I was wondering if they have rolled out 10MB upload yet?
I have restarted my modem and done speedtests connected directly and here's the kind of general results I am getting: 35ms Ping/20.93Down/3.79 Up.
Here is my modem stats:
Power Level Signal to Noise Ratio
Channel 0: 5.7 dBmV 36.4 dB
Channel 1: 5.9 dBmV 36.2 dB
Channel 2: 5.3 dBmV 36.0 dB
Channel 3: 6.2 dBmV 36.2 dB

Upstream Channels
Power Level
Channel 0: 38.8 dBmV
Channel 1: 0.0 dBmV
Channel 2: 0.0 dBmV
Channel 3: 0.0 dBmV

Please let me know if everything looks proper.
Is under 4mb the best I can expect?
