[HN7000S] Problem in IDU or RFT

In my HN7000S Rx is locked to signal with code 5 but Tx is not locked to a signal. Tx code is 5.
I checked from HUB there is no problem. All the things is ok on HUB.
checked all cables & connectors. I did modem ranging bt its not done.
I think problem in IDU. Plz suggest ...

"TxCode5 The transmitter is not locked to the network timing All This may occur due to weather related issues, installation problems, unit problems or due to NOC-related service issue. If SQF is in the 30s, this may occur due to loss of a large number of timing messages"

This is not unusual when a dish is knocked out for alignment for whatever reason. What is your current RX signal level?
