South London here. Still down. Noticed first at about 7am. All lights are normal on the modem, however the router is unable to get a new IP. Hope for a resolution soon. This is obviously not a personal hardware issue. |

I'm also down (Richmond/Grosvenor area). My Nest says it hasn't been able to communicate for more than 7 hours. I tried cycling the modem/router before work with no luck. |

Down here (Jalna/Bradley area). Even have Roger's contractors working on the box at the road at the moment. Although they won't say what's going on, or how long either. |

London had an outage on the east end about 3 weeks ago, seems to be happening on the west end of the city now. |

I love how we keep getting told to post in the direct forum, then those that do post about the London outage get to watch their threads be ignored for hours. I realize this outage is likely Roger's fault but you could at least acknowledge those people who posted in the direct forum. Even if there isn't anything you can do at the moment, ignoring your customers who are having problems is a great way to lose them. |
