 | Fioptics has canceled my Sprint airwave I am so disappointed with fi optics, my Sprint Airwave box stopped working the day they installed it. Got a new generation airwave box and it still does not work. I can't make or receive calls. My husband has used Cin Bell forever, his phone is through them to, but I can't use my phone at home and because we have cells my husband got rid of our land line. |

There's a config error on your end somewhere. It's not really CBT's fault. Plus they don't really have an obligation to get a 3rd-party device working.
Do you have two routers after the install (ie. your own and the one CBT supplied)? If so is the Airave box plugged into your router? If it is try plugging it into the one CBT installed.
