Start can't call my VOIP line?

So I've been trying to sign up with Start and ran into one very big problem so far. Anytime they try to call me, they get a message saying my phone is out of service.

My current phone is a VOIP.MS DID in the 343 area code. If I call it from my cell phone it works fine. So far I've had cell phones, landlines, and other VOIP providers call it with absolutely no issues. The only person or company to report a problem connecting was Start. I've checked the last time they tried calling, it doesn't even show up on my VOIP.MS Call Detail Records.

Does anyone else have a VOIP.MS account and is with Start? Any problems? Or maybe anyone with a new 343 area code phone number have problems with calls from them?

I have Voip.MS and start and never had an issue. Do you have any CallerID Filtering set up through Voip.ms that could be causing that? I believe "The number is out of service" is one of the options through the filtering

VOIP.ms here as well no issues with it....i would suggest that subscribing to the Issue alerts by email might give you info when VOIP.ms servers are being worked on (yesterday I think they had issues with all the Toronto servers) I use Montreal2 seems to be solid.

Start has called my voip.ms number a couple times with no issues. Incase its a routing issue try changing what VoIP.ms server you are using. Like change the registration to Chicago and update your device to point there.

Edit: fixed autocorrect typo
