[Internet] 15/10 now 25/7??

Hey I recently had Fibe 15/10 for one year rock solid speeds never had any downtime.
Speeds were always: 15.5 mbps Download 10mbps upload
So a few days ago I decided to order 25/10 because of a very good promo I got from bell and they finally activated it today. I do a speed test and this is what I get:

The download is fine but why did I lose upload? Does this mean im on a stinger now?
If im on a stinger does it mean I will get the sync no surf issue?? Is there any way I could request to change back to a 7330?
Thanks for your help...

I've noticed that the default speed setting for a new 25/10 order/upgrade is 25/7, the automated system will go through the system and your speed will be fixed within a few days or you can post in the direct forum »Bell Canada Direct and ask them to adjust your speed. The direct forum will need you B1#.

Just needs a profile change thats all as jcohen said. For some reason the activation system is putting 25/10 customers on 25/7 or 8 post in the direct forum and they'll fix you up

Sounds good, keep in mind not everyone there works on the weekend so Monday would be a good day to check
